| Independent School District #2 is
a special place. The rural setting and sparse population help to
create a family atmosphere among students and staff. Out staff takes a
personal interest in the success of each of our students. We want each
of our students to prepare for the future and be responsible members of
society. We feel that the future is very bright for our school system.
New construction projects planned for the very near future include a new
library, vo-ag shop, technology center, gymnasium, roof and classroom
renovations and remodeling the school building in Datil. Safety issues
at both campus sites are being addressed.
We hope to offer a wider range of opportunities for our students and
members of our communities. As a new age of technology and information
approaches us, it is our duty to create the best educational setting
possible.
